Cancellation Policy:
- The AQ Package is non-refund policy. In case of cancel and no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of total reservation. The reservation can be amended to the date of arrival and departure until December 2022.
Reservation Procedures:
To process the reservation the following information is required and requested
- Guest Information: Guest Full Name, Date of Birth and Nationality
- Check-in/Checkout Date: Date of arrival and departure
- Flight information: Flight details
- Contact details: Telephone number and email address
- Passport Information: Copy of guests’ passport(s)
